London ward well-being scores

  • GLA Excel tool that calculates an overall ‘well-being’ index score for each ward in London. It covers years 2005 to 2009.
  • The tool combines data from 12 different measures across a range of themes. Users are able to input the level of importance to each of the indicators, generating bespoke well-being scores. The London average each year is 0. Scores over 0 have higher well-being according to these measures.
  • The well-being scores are then presented in a bar chart for each borough, and a map of London.
  • The spreadsheet highlights wards in the top and bottom 25 per cent in London.
